Influence of vacuum infiltration on mechanical properties of polymer concrete filled with lightweight ceramic aggregates

چکیده
In this paper, the influence of vacuum infiltration lightweight ceramic aggregates as fillers in polymeric concretes was described. first stage investigation, a set with high open porosity about 27% produced on basis industrial wastes. Ceramic size 2 to 4 mm, hereinafter referred granules, were using contaminated glass cullet waste and coal shale. The effectiveness granule epoxy resin production polymer concrete mechanical strength relatively low mass compared traditional discussed. compressive concrete, where infiltrated resin, is 87 MPa, which process not used, reaches approximately 42 MPa. resulting due its density, classified high-strength concrete.
